Reserved words in Java


Reserved words in Java are part of the Java language and can thus not be used as class names, variable names, method names etc.

Here is a list of all the reserved words:


abstract const final int public throw
assert continue finally interface return throws
boolean default float long short transient
break do for native static true

case else if null super void
